Standard Site Rentals – Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer long term and short term rentals?
Yes, we offer both! We can set the scene at your next event for the weekend and/or ensure you meet OSHA requirements at your next construction site.

How often are units cleaned and restocked?
Our long term rentals are serviced on a weekly basis as standard but we can also service 2 times weekly, 3 times weekly, or daily. This includes, pumping, cleaning and restocking of each unit. For short term rentals we can accommodate an early morning or late night service in between event times if needed.

Is hand sanitizer included with each portable restroom rental?
Unfortunately, hand sanitizer does not come included with any portable restroom rental. Good news, we can easily add one to each unit at an additional cost.

How early should I reserve the items I need?
We recommend reserving items at least one week in advance to ensure we have everything you need available. In any case should you need a rush delivery or emergency service, not a problem. We’re more than happy to accommodate given we have the items available.

Are sandbags included in all temporary fence rentals?
For our freestanding temporary fencing, sandbags are not included but we have them ready for your fencing needs for an extra cost.
